Mumbai, 11th August 2023: The India-UAE FTA has the potential to greatly benefit the state of Maharashtra, which is the largest contributor to India’s GDP. The FTA, which went into effect on May 1, 2022, aims to increase bilateral trade between India and the UAE from $60 billion to $100 billion within the next five years.
