His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has opened the Khor Fakkan Resort, a new US$190 million (AED700 million) new US$190 million (AED700 million) mixed-use beachfront development development on the emirate’s east coast.
Developed by Asas Real Estate, the property arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, the project spans approximately 330,000 square feet with a built-up area of 1.4 million square feet.
